Breaking: Rahul Dravid Drops MAJOR Hint on Virat Kohli’s Test Return! Exclusive Details Inside

Indian cricket team’s head coach Rahul Dravid shared a major update about Virat Kohli’s potential comeback for the remaining three Test matches against England. Kohli had skipped the first two matches citing ‘personal reasons’, sparking speculations about his return. With the series tied 1-1, everyone was curious about Kohli’s situation.

Dravid, when asked by reporters after India’s win in the second Test, suggested asking the selectors about Kohli’s status for the upcoming matches. He mentioned that the team selection would happen in the next few days, and they would reach out to Kohli to discuss the plan ahead.

Earlier, the BCCI had requested to respect Kohli’s privacy regarding his personal matters. However, his former teammate Ab de Villiers shed some light on Kohli’s absence, revealing that Kohli was spending time with his family, as his second child was on the way. De Villiers emphasized the importance of family and supported Kohli’s decision.

India secured a series-levelling victory in the second Test by dismissing England for 292 runs in their second innings. England, resuming at 194 for six on day four, lost their remaining wickets in the post-lunch session. Ben Stokes got run out, while Jasprit Bumrah and Mukesh Kumar took crucial wickets to wrap up England’s innings.

In the morning session, India’s bowlers, led by R Ashwin, claimed five wickets to put pressure on England. Ashwin, who was on the verge of reaching 500 Test wickets, took three wickets, while Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel chipped in with one each. At the end of day three, England were 67 for one. In the match, India scored 396 and 255 in their innings, while England managed 253 in their first innings. India had lost the opening Test in Hyderabad by 28 runs.

Overall, it was a crucial win for India, leveling the series and setting up an exciting contest for the remaining matches. Kohli’s potential return adds further intrigue to the series, and fans eagerly await his comeback to the team.
