Xiaomi’s new electric car, the SU7 Max EV, made a big splash at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona.
This sleek vehicle is set to take on big names like Porsche and Tesla, riding an impressive range of 1200 kilometers on a single charge. It’s not just about looks either – Xiaomi promises top-notch performance to rival its competitors.
The SU7 EV, showcased in a striking Aqua Blue exterior, caught the eye of many at the event. Xiaomi didn’t hold back on the details either, revealing key specs and plans for production and delivery.
They’re gearing up to start deliveries in China and other markets from April this year, with around 2000 units set to roll out by March. Production is expected to ramp up to 10,000 units by July.
It packs a punch with 673 horsepower and 838 Nm of peak torque. That’s some serious power! And if that’s not enough, there’s also a standard version with power ranging from 299 to 374 horsepower and peak torque up to 635 Nm.
Xiaomi is pulling out all the stops, opting for the V8s engine for the Max edition instead of the V6 and VS6 engines used in the standard version.
But what really sets the SU7 Max apart is its battery and range. Thanks to Xiaomi’s internally developed CTB (Cell-to-Body) technology, this electric car can go the distance – more than 1200 kilometers on a single charge.
That’s impressive, to say the least! With the battery seamlessly integrated into the vehicle, drivers can enjoy long journeys without worrying about running out of juice.
With its combination of style, performance, and range, the Xiaomi SU7 Max EV is set to make waves in the electric car market.
