Bayern Munich had a tough time in their recent match against SC Freiburg. The game ended in a 2-2 draw, dealing a blow to Bayern’s hopes of winning the Bundesliga title again this season.
The match started badly for Bayern, with Freiburg putting pressure on them right from the beginning. Bayern’s goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer, made some great saves early on to keep his team in the game.
Freiburg managed to score first, with Christian Günter finding the back of the net in the 12th minute. Despite Bayern’s efforts, Freiburg continued to create chances.
But Bayern fought back, with Mathys Tel scoring a fantastic long-range shot in the 35th minute to equalize the score. In the second half, Bayern looked better and had opportunities to score, especially through Jamal Musiala and Harry Kane.
Eventually, Musiala managed to score a brilliant goal, putting Bayern ahead. However, Freiburg didn’t give up and managed to equalize again in the 87th minute, with Lucas Höler scoring a late goal.
This result means Bayern Munich has only won one of their last four league games, which is not a good sign for them as they chase the Bundesliga title.
Despite the draw, Bayern Munich still has a chance to turn things around, but they’ll need to improve their performance in the upcoming matches.
