Many people loved him for playing Yashpal in the TV show “Anupamaa.”
Actor Arshad Warsi, who knew him well, shared his sadness online. He said they lived in the same building and that Rituraj was in his first movie as a producer. Losing him was like losing both a friend and a talented actor.
Rituraj had a cardiac arrest. He had been in the hospital before for treatment related to his pancreas. After returning home, he faced more health problems with his heart and couldn’t make it.
His friend, Amit Behl, explained that Rituraj had been dealing with issues in his pancreas for some time. The pancreas is an important organ near the stomach. Problems with it can be severe, and sometimes they’re linked to pancreatic cancer, which is very serious and often found late because its symptoms are not clear.
