The proud grandparents, Mahesh Bhatt and others, were pleasantly surprised by this grand debut.
In an exclusive interview with Zoom, veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt couldn’t help but express his astonishment at the unexpected reveal. “I, myself, was quite taken aback by their decision,” he confessed. “I guess they must have thought, ‘Well, she’s turned one now, time to introduce her to the curious world out there.’ And they did it with such finesse! I must say, the media also played along quite nicely, which was a pleasant surprise.”
Mahesh Bhatt further shared his amazement at how comfortable little Raha seemed in front of the flashing cameras. Unlike the children of yesteryears who would often cower away from the limelight, Raha strutted in as if she owned the show. “She’s got that star quality in her,” he chuckled. “Must be in the genes, I suppose.”
